Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods
Depending on the item, delivery is carried out either
a) via our external shipping service provider or
b) via Vector's internal mail service (available in Germany only)
2. Delivery Times
Within Germany:
a) External shipping service provider: approx. 2–4 business days
b) Vector internal mail service (available in Germany only) : approx. 1–7 business days For items produced on demand, delivery times may vary.
Shipping within Europe:
a) External shipping service provider: approx. 2–8 business days
3. Shipping Costs
a) For external shipments, shipping costs apply as displayed during the ordering process.
b) Internal deliveries (available in Germany only) are free of shipping costs .
4. Delivery Addresses
Delivery to private or external addresses of your choice is possible.

Internal delivery is handled exclusively via CPL and only to Vector locations in Germany.
5. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to fulfill orders in partial deliveries where technically or logistically necessary.
6. Loss or Damage
Please report any missing or damaged shipments immediately upon receipt.
Liability is limited to the extent provided by applicable law.
7. Unavailable Items
In the event of non-availability, we reserve the right to cancel the order or deliver the item at a later date.
